Iran hangs young prisoner in capital    Mon. 19 Dec 2005

Tehran, Iran, Dec. 19 – Authorities hanged a young man in Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison, a state-run daily reported on Monday.

The young man, only identified by his first name Mohsen, was hanged at dawn on Sunday, according to the daily Iran.

He was accused of killing his employer in April 2003.

The report also identified another man hanged in Evin Prison on Sunday as Ali Babai-Pour.

The state-run news agency ISNA had reported on Sunday that the man had been accused of killing his brother after a dispute.

Babai-Pour reportedly said that he had no intention of killing his brother.
